I picked the 11th slide and the guy with the green blanket.
It is cold and brutal night. We have barely any food or water. We have lost some of our people, but we refuse to give up. It all started when the president, Andrew Jackson, forced us, Cherokee Indians, to give up our wonderful land. He made us walk thousands of miles to present day, Oklahoma. It was such a devastating journey. Some people took boats, but they were just as worse has the march. We were so mad and tried to stop the removal, but we were no match to the power of the government. We lost 4,000 of the 15,000 people we started with. This was the day that no one in my family will ever forget.
The blogging competions have helped me and many other people too. The blogging competions help me write better, and I can meet new friends. I think that blogging has made me a better writer, and having me look over my writing. I do look over my writng, just not a lot. I have also gotten some cool comments too. I have also thought about the aduience, which also helped me with my writing. All and all, I think that the blogging competion is something that will help everyone.
Ok, we all, or almost all of us people, should know what the three R’s mean. They mean, reduce, reuse, and recycle. Since I know what the three R’s mean, I should do what they say, right??? Right, thats exactly what I do. In my home, my family and I recylce items that can be recycled. We reuse things more than once, if they can be reused, and we reduce things, by not using as much as we want, only what we need. Doing this will really help the environment. You and your family should try it, it is some what in a way, fun, but that’s just me!!
For all you people out there in the world, and know what a Xbox 360 is, then you know what I’m talking about. Ok, here’s how it goes, I was playing my xbox one day, and the screen got all fuzzy. So like any other person would do, I turned it off, but when I turned it back on, I got the 3 red rings of death!! (this is when, 3 red rings pop up on the power button) When this happened, I was SO Mad. I felt like smashing it into the wall. When this happened, I called xbox support, asked them about the rings. They told me that it was a system malfunction, and to send it in right away, and that’s what I did. After I sent the xbox in, they gave me an email and said that they have received my xbox then they gave me another email to say that they have finished fixing the xbox, and finally they gave me an email to say that the xbox was on it’s way back to me. So, I have been waiting for it, for about four days now, and realized that it wasn’t coming till this Monday, March 23rd, 2009, which really sucks, but anyways, the good news is, is that my xbox was fixed in less than a month, which most of my friends said it would take. That’s my story of my xbox. If your reading this and you have a xbox, send it in right away, so it can be fixed, and check it everyday to see where it is, and how the xbox support is doing on it. That’s all you can really do, just sit back and wait, I guess.
I was asked a question that really stumped me, it was: Do you judge people on their actions or their intentions?
I define people on their intentions, because actions are things that people are going to do, and intentions are things that people want to do or think about doing. Intentions are things that people think about doing. They want to express them when they can. Actions are similar, in a way. Actions are things people do, like intentions, but sometimes they don’t think about them. Like, for example, if you saw someone hit someone else, would you think they were a bad person? Would you say this, just because they hit someone. I mean, you don’t know if they knew the person they hit, or if they were just playing around. I would personally define people for there intentions, because, there somethings people really want to do, but if there bad intentions, then I’m guessing that something is wrong with them, but that’s just my opinion. Leave me a comment, and tell me how you would define people. Actions, or Intentions??
Be kind to someone is something that is very easy. You can say, “Hey wats up” or “How’s it going.” Either way is being kind. Sometimes we forget how to be kind, or just don’t want to. That’s when people dislike you. If your kind to others. others will be kind to you.
This post is about my socail studies class. The most interesting thing we did in class would probably be to me, the of 1812. I liked this because, I like the war of 1812. It gets me ivovled with our history and it was a huge war. I really don’t have much more to say, except that I have a blast in the class.
Hey everyone. Have you ever thought about a place that you wanted to be. It could have been real, or you could of made it up. Well today, I’m going to tell you about my special place. My wonderful place would be a room that had a secret password only I knew what it was. Inside the room would be video games, food places, and other wonderful things I could think of. This room would be so quite, for example, you could yell across the room, but only the person you would be talking to would here. This room prevents people from hearing each others conversation, unless you wanted other people to hear. This room would be special to me, because I would be sharing it with my friends and family. We would all have a blast in it. I would be able to get to this room where ever I was. If I wished for it, it would be right there in front of me. It would be the best room ever.
When Jefferson was president; he is trying to send explorers west of the Mississippi River. Jefferson wanted to know about the West’s people and their land and a river to be taken to the Pacific Ocean. In January, Jefferson convinces Congress to fund a small western expedition. Leading it is, army captain Meriwethe Lewis, and he chooses Lieutenant William Clark. Jefferson tells them to explore the Missouri River and to establish peace with the American Indians. In addition, the president asks them to explore the soil, growth of vegetables, animals, mineral productions, and climate. Lewis spent weeks studying with experts on survival and other subjects they needed to take notes on. After being delayed for picking the right people and getting equipment, they were off on May.
